Руководство по заполнению заявления о постановке на учет в «НДС-Офисе»
Регистрация в личном кабинете иностранного налогоплательщика.
Для регистрации в личном кабинете иностранного налогоплательщика, необходимо перейти по адресу сайта Налоговой службы при Министерстве финансов Кыргызской Республики www.sti.gov.kg и выбрать раздел НДС-Офис иностранной компании (нижняя левая часть сайта)
либо перейти по ссылке https://vat.salyk.kg
Далее, при открытии окна необходимо выбрать меню “Подача заявлений”.
В открывшемся окне появится форма заявления регистрации налогоплательщика. Оно разбито на блоки, которые заполняются последовательно: «Сведения об организации», «Другая информация», «Сведения об уполномоченном лице» и «Сведения об оказываемых услугах».
Форма заявления заполняется в русской и латинской транскрипции
(ВНИМАНИЕ: обязательно следуйте комментариям для каждого поля (если оно есть)!)
Заявление должно быть заполнено достоверными данными в каждом отдельном поле:
В разделе Сведения об организации (Organization details) заполняется основные сведения об организации:
В поле «Полное наименование организации» – вводится полное наименование, указанное в документе, подтверждающем государственную регистрацию в стране происхождения (в русской и латинской транскрипции ).
В поле «Краткое наименование организации» – вводится краткое наименование организации (в русской и латинской транскрипции ).
В поле «Полный адрес в стране регистрации» – вводится адрес в стране регистрации (инкорпорации).
В поле «Адрес электронной почты иностранной организации» – вводится корпоративная электронная почта организации.
ВНИМАНИЕ: На “адрес электронной почты иностранной организации”, указанной при регистрации будут направлены уведмоления о регистрации и авторизационные данные для входа в личный кабинет “НДС-Офис”.
В поле «Страна регистрации» – из выпадающего списка выбирается страна регистрации.
В поле «Сайт организации в сети» – вводится корпоративный сайт организации, посредством которого предоставляются электронные услуги;
В разделе Другая информация (Other information) заполняются поля наименование торговой марки (товарного знака), регистрационный номер, присвоенный регистрирующим органом в стране регистрации, код налогоплательщика в стране регистрации и указывается дата регистрации организации в стране регистрации.
В разделе Сведения об уполномоченном лице (Information about authorized representative)
Указываются анкетные данные уполномомоченного лица подающего заявление, а также контактные данные. Информация о состоянии поданного заявления, а также о результатах рассмотрения заявления (в том числе Логин от личного кабинета, присвоенный ИНН) направляется на электронный адрес указанный в настоящем разделе.
В поле Пароль вводится набор символов, который будет использован в качестве пароля от личного кабинета.
ВНИМАНИЕ: Пароль должен содержать:
- Хотя бы по одному символу в верхнем (т.е. ЗАГЛАВНЫЕ БУКВЫ) и нижнем (т.е. строчные буквы) регистрах
- Хотя бы одну цифру
- Пароль должен быть не менее 8 символов
- Хотя бы один из символов !@#$%^&*
- Пример пароля: пАроль!23 или passWord!4
В разделе Сведения об оказываемых услугах указывается группа электронных услуг оказываемых заявителем.
После заполнения всех полей заявления необходимо нажать кнопку “Отправить”.
После отправки должно отобразиться сообщение: “Заявка успешно отправлена” После ее обработки специалистами налоговой службы вы получите письмо на эл. почту с дальнейшими инструкциями”.

Registration in the personal office of a foreign taxpayer.
To register in the personal office of a foreign taxpayer, go to the website of the Tax Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic www.sti.gov.kg and select the section VAT-Office of Foreign Company (lower left side of the site).

Next, when the window opens, you need to select the "Submit Applications" menu.
In the window that opens, the taxpayer registration application form will appear. It is divided into blocks, which are filled in sequentially: "Information about the organization", "Other information", "Information about the authorized person" and "Information about the services rendered".
The application form is filled out in Russian and Latin transcriptions

The application must be filled out with valid data in each individual field:
The Organization details section provides basic information about the organization:
In the "Full name of organization" field - enter the full name indicated in the document confirming the state registration in the country of origin (in Russian and Latin transliteration).
In the "Short name of organization" field - enter the short name of the organization (in Russian and Latin alphabet).
In the "Full address in the country of registration" field - enter the address in the country of registration (incorporation).
In the "E-mail address of foreign organization" field - enter the corporate e-mail of the organization.
NOTE: To the "e-mail address of the foreign organization" specified during registration will be sent notification of registration and authorization data to enter the personal account "VAT-Office".
In the "Country of registration" field - select the country of registration from the drop-down list.
In the "Site of the organization in the network" field - enter the corporate site of the organization, through which electronic services are provided;
In the Other information section, the name of the trademark, the registration number assigned by the registration authority in the country of registration, the taxpayer's code in the country of registration and the date of registration of the organization in the country of registration are filled in.
In the Information about authorized representative section.
The personal data of the authorized person submitting the application, as well as contact information is indicated. Information about the status of the submitted application, as well as the results of the application (including Login from personal account, assigned TIN) is sent to the e-mail address specified in this section.
In the Password field enter a set of characters, which will be used as a password for your personal account.
NOTE: The password must contain:
- At least one character in upper case (i.e., capital letters) and lower case (i.e., lowercase letters)
- At least one digit
- The password must be at least 8 characters long
- At least one of the characters: !@#$%^&*
- Example password: passWord!23 or passWord!4
In the Information about rendered services section the group of electronic services rendered by the applicant is indicated.
After filling in all fields of the application, you must click "Send" button.
After sending, you should see a message: "The application has been successfully sent". After it is processed by specialists of tax service you will receive an email with further instructions".
